Al Akhira is set up to help provide the following support services to those that need it across the world:
The advancement of health and saving lives: This will particularly include freeaccess to health care in areas of the world where health care is inaccessible either because there are no local health care facilities, or, the healthcare facilities are not affordable for poorer people.
The prevention or relief of poverty: This will particularly include supporting free access to water and sanitation in areas of the world where these are necessary. This includes provision of bore holes and wells in areas where people travel long distances to collect water

To help improve access to good quality healthcare and care facilities to all that need it, in particular in areas of the world where access to health care is either limited or inaccessible
Access to Clean Water
help improve access to clean water and sanitation where such facilities are inaccessible
